Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
These terms govern your use of the Denver AI Training website and services. By booking a session, attending a workshop, or engaging our consulting services, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language because we believe you should actually understand what you're agreeing to.
What We Do
Denver AI Training provides AI coaching, training sessions, team workshops, and consulting services. Our goal is to help individuals and teams learn how to use AI tools effectively in their actual work — not just in theory.
Our services include:
- •1-on-1 AI coaching — personalized sessions focused on your specific work and goals
- •Team workshops — hands-on group training for organizations
- •AI consulting — strategic guidance on AI adoption and workflow design
Payment Terms
Payments are processed through Stripe. Pricing for each service is listed on our website at the time of purchase. There are no hidden fees.
For individual sessions and coaching packages, payment is collected at the time of booking. For team workshops and consulting engagements, payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Rescheduling
We understand things come up. If you need to reschedule a session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we'll find a new time that works.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled but are not eligible for a refund.
Satisfaction
If you're not satisfied with a session, let us know. We'll work to make it right — whether that's an additional follow-up session or a refund. We'd rather find a solution than have an unhappy client.
What You Keep
Any custom prompts, workflows, templates, or documentation created during your training sessions are yours to keep. You can use, modify, and share them within your organization as you see fit.
The Denver AI Training brand, website content, course materials, and proprietary frameworks are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
Your Responsibilities
- •Provide accurate contact and payment information

Denver AI Training provides education and consulting services. We are not responsible for:
- •Business outcomes or decisions made based on our training or advice
- •Third-party AI tools, their availability, pricing changes, or terms of service
- •How you implement or use AI tools and workflows after training
- •Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Confidentiality
We treat any business information shared during training sessions as confidential. We will not share your proprietary data, workflows, or business details with anyone outside our team. If you'd like a formal NDA, we're happy to sign one.
