Common questions
How do I know which service is right for me?
Start with a free discovery call. We'll talk through where you are, what you're trying to accomplish, and I'll recommend the best path forward — whether that's a single coaching session, a team workshop, or ongoing consulting. No pressure.
What happens during a 1-on-1 coaching session?
We work on your actual tasks and workflows. You bring the work you do every day, and I show you how AI can help you do it better and faster. You'll leave with custom prompts, documented workflows, and the confidence to keep going on your own.
Can sessions be done remotely, or do I need to be in Denver?
Both work great. I'm based in Denver and love in-person sessions, but I work with people all over the country via video call. The experience and results are the same either way.
What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens. You can reschedule or cancel any session with at least 24 hours notice — no questions asked, no fees. For team workshops, I ask for 48 hours notice since they involve more preparation.
Do I need any technical background?
Not at all. Most of my clients aren't technical — they're founders, marketers, ops managers, and creators. I meet you where you are and focus on practical skills you can use right away.
What AI tools do you cover?
I work across the major platforms — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and many more. But we focus on whatever tools make the most sense for your specific workflow and goals. It's about mastering the ones that matter to you, not learning every tool out there.
How is this different from watching YouTube tutorials?
